Telekom Srbija to launch mobile services in the US via AT&T

Telekom Srbija plans to launch mobile services in the United States this December through the AT&T network. General Director Vladimir Lučić stated that the company expects to receive the necessary operating permits by mid-November.

The expansion was originally intended for September but faced delays due to strict regulatory procedures. Lučić noted that establishing a presence in the US, alongside existing operations in Germany and Turkey, provides access to a potential market of approximately 700 million people.

Beyond mobile services, the company aims to leverage this expansion to export digital services and collaborate with American firms, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. Lučić emphasized that developing AI-based services is a key priority for increasing the company's overall value.
