Telekom Srbija to pay 2.24 billion dinars in dividends

Telekom Srbija has announced it will pay a total gross dividend of 2.24 billion dinars to its shareholders. The payout amounts to 2.8 dinars per share.

The decision was made by the company's assembly. All legal shareholders of Telekom Srbija as of the dividend date, June 19, 2026, are entitled to the payment. The Republic of Serbia holds 581,105,568 shares in the company.

Non-resident individual shareholders from countries with which Serbia has double taxation avoidance agreements must submit a certificate of residency for 2026 to ensure the correct tax rate is applied. These documents, or certified translations, must be submitted by November 12 to avoid the application of standard Serbian tax rates.
