Teleorman professional orientation project offers free training for adults

The Project CALIFICARE ȘI COMPETENȚE DE BAZĂ PENTRU VIITOR, co-financed by the European Social Fund+ through the Education and Employment Program 2021–2027, is providing professional support to adults in Teleorman, Romania.

The program targets 308 adults aged 18 to 64, including those with low or no formal education, residing in both urban and rural areas of the county. The initiative offers free services over a 24-month implementation period, covering information, career guidance, professional counseling, and personalized skill acquisition and vocational training.

In addition to professional counseling, which can be conducted individually or in groups, the project utilizes professional orientation brochures to guide unqualified adults through options such as vocational training, digital skill acquisition, and independent activities.
