Italian regional broadcasters publish extensive legal disclaimer notices
Several Italian regional television operators have posted detailed legal and regulatory notices on their websites. Telequattro S.r.l. (operating the Telequattro and TV 12 channels) and Teleradio Diffusione Bassano S.r.l. (operating Rete Veneta) include copyright statements, licensing numbers from the Ministry of Enterprises and Made‑in‑Italy, and compliance references to the Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (AGCOM) and the regional CORECOM bodies. The notices list each broadcaster’s registered address, tax identification numbers, REA registration, and the name of the responsible director, Luigi Baciali.
The documents also prohibit any unauthorised reproduction, publication or distribution of the site’s content, and reference the applicable privacy, cookie, editorial policy and transparency regulations (Law 124/2017). These disclosures serve to fulfil Italian media‑ownership and communications‑law requirements for the listed stations in Friuli‑Venezia Giulia, Veneto and the broader national market.
