Teletón volunteers renovate mural in Fray Bentos

Volunteers from Teletón in Fray Bentos and Montevideo recently participated in a mural restoration project on Zorrilla de San Martín Street. The initiative aimed to refresh the center's image and prepare facilities for the upcoming spring and the annual solidarity campaign.

The mural, originally created by artist Damián Ibarguren, was repainted with the artist's participation. The project, driven by a local youth volunteer group, also served to integrate volunteers from different regions through shared activities. These efforts are part of the preparations for the next Teletón program scheduled for November 13 and 14, with the goal of exceeding previous fundraising milestones.
