Telewizja Republika denies authorship of satirical game

A controversy has emerged regarding a satirical video game titled ‘Kłeczek The Fighter’, which features Miłosz Kłeczek, a journalist from Telewizja Republika, as its protagonist. The game, which depicts the character fighting various political figures, was falsely attributed to the employees of Telewizja Republika by the portal JastrząbPost.

According to reports, the actual creator is Maciej Podstawka, who operates the ‘Bądź na bieżąco’ profile. Following the publication, media experts cited by Wirtualna Polska suggested the game could potentially incite violence or murder against politicians. Michał Rachoń, the program director of Telewizja Republika, responded to the coverage by accusing the publisher of spreading falsehoods and misattributing the work.
