Telix Pharmaceuticals appoints David Gill as Board Chair

Telix Pharmaceuticals has appointed David Gill as the Chair of its Board, effective immediately. Gill, who joined the company as a Non-Executive Director in May 2026 as part of a planned succession strategy, succeeds interim Chair Dr. Mark Nelson. Dr. Nelson will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Gill is a life sciences executive with more than 35 years of experience in senior management and financial leadership. His background spans commercial and clinical-stage biopharmaceutical companies, including expertise in radiopharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and supply chain, as well as medical device sectors. He has previously held Chief Financial Officer or President roles at several publicly traded firms, such as EndoChoice Holdings, Inc., INC Research, and CTI Molecular Imaging.

In addition to his role at Telix, Gill serves on the boards of several other healthcare organizations, including Evolus, Inc., Allucent LLC, Bridge to Life Ltd, RapidPulse Inc., and huMannity Medtec.
