Telix Pharmaceuticals shares drop following third-quarter earnings

Shares of Telix Pharmaceuticals Ltd fell significantly on Wednesday, with reports indicating a decline of between 6.6% and 8% on the ASX. The drop follows the company's third-quarter FY26 earnings announcement for the period ending September 30.

Despite the share price volatility, Telix reported a 19% increase in revenue compared to the same period in 2025. The company's Precision Medicine business saw a 30% year-on-year revenue jump. Telix reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance, expecting total revenue and other income to exceed US$1 billion, driven by commercial momentum and growth in its precision medicine segment.

The company also revised its FY26 research and development expenditure guidance to a range of US$240 million to US$260 million. Telix continues to advance its product pipeline, including late-stage trials for prostate, brain, and kidney cancer treatments.
