Telkom completes InfraCo Phase 2 spin‑off, InfraNexia to control over 90% of network assets
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has finalized the second phase of its InfraCo spin‑off, transferring assets valued at Rp49.9 trillion. Combined with the first phase, the total value of assets moved to the new operating company reaches about Rp85.7 trillion.
The newly formed PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia, branded InfraNexia, will now manage more than 90 percent of the former Telkom network infrastructure, including roughly 112 000 km of fiber optic cable and 26 000 km of domestic submarine cable systems. The move is intended to sharpen the focus on digital‑infrastructure wholesale connectivity, improve operational efficiency and open strategic partnership opportunities.
Chief Executive Officer Dian Siswarini said the spin‑off “is a strategic initiative in the TLKM 30 transformation, strengthening InfraNexia as a new growth engine to boost infrastructure service capability, optimise business efficiency and accelerate national digital connectivity.”
