Telkom Indonesia aims to establish Indo-Pacific digital hub

At Bali Tech Week 2026, Telkom Indonesia CEO Nanang Hendarno announced that developing digital infrastructure is a strategic priority for TelkomGroup to support government agendas and strengthen Indonesia’s digital sovereignty.

By building independent digital infrastructure, the group aims to expand inclusive connectivity and position Indonesia as a strategic player in the global digital ecosystem and an Indo-Pacific digital hub. The forum, initiated by the Ministry of Communication and Digital, serves as a collaborative space for government, industry, and technology innovators.
