Telkom Indonesia targets 60-90% dividend payout by 2026

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has announced its commitment to shareholder returns, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 60-90 percent of its 2026 net profit. Arthur Angelo Syailendra, Telkom’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, stated that the company aims to balance dividend growth with the necessary capital for expansion and investment.

Separately, Telkomsel has addressed the floating loss of approximately Rp 5.22 trillion regarding its investment in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. Daru Mulyawan, Telkomsel’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, noted that the investment is part of a long-term strategic partnership focused on synergy and value creation. He emphasized that stock price fluctuations reflect market dynamics and do not fully represent the strategic benefits of the partnership. Telkomsel will continue to evaluate investment performance through disciplined and prudent assessments.
