TelkomGroup optimizes assets including Graha Merah Putih building

TelkomGroup subsidiaries are implementing an asset optimization and streamlining program to increase productivity and economic value. PT Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT) and PT Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty) are managing this process, which involves leveraging approximately 3,010 assets, about 50 percent of which have already been optimized.

Amid reports that the Graha Merah Putih (GMP) building in South Jakarta may be used by the National Nutrition Agency (Badan Gizi Nasional), TLT management has clarified that these optimization efforts are part of an ongoing consolidation and workspace efficiency program. TLT President Director Suratman stated that the process is being conducted in a measured and gradual manner, ensuring that it does not impact employee employment relationships, existing tenants, or the continuity of customer services.

TelkomProperty remains open to utilizing assets through Business-to-Business (B2B) mechanisms with external partners, provided they adhere to proper corporate governance and business regulations. Negotiations regarding the specific use of space in the GMP building are currently ongoing.
