Telkomsel expands Virtuship virtual internship to Universitas Hasanuddin

Telkomsel has expanded its virtual internship program, known as ‘Virtuship’, to Eastern Indonesia through a strategic partnership with Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas). The collaboration was formalized during the ‘THRIVE Goes to Universitas Hasanuddin’ event on Tuesday, September 22.

Developed in collaboration with the Kuncie platform, Virtuship is designed to provide students with professional experience through project-based learning and real-world industry use cases. The program aims to overcome geographical limitations and limited internship quotas by offering a flexible, virtual format that maintains the same evaluation and certification standards as conventional internships.

Participants can engage in case studies and assignments across various functions within Telkomsel. The program’s workload is designed to be convertible into university credit units (SKS). Upon successful completion, students receive official certification and may enter Telkomsel’s talent pool for future career opportunities.
