Telliskivi TLN begins 70 million euro M-building development

Telliskivi TLN, a subsidiary of the P&E Real Estate group, has signed a construction contract for the M-building, a major development project within the Telliskivi business district. The project is being undertaken by a consortium consisting of Ehitusfirma Rand & Tuulberg AS and Tallinna Ehitustrust OÜ.

The approximately 70 million euro investment involves the renovation of a historical industrial complex at Telliskivi 60/3 and the creation of new building volumes. Spanning nearly 20,000 square meters, the multifunctional complex will feature Class A offices, a spa and sauna center, and cultural spaces. Inbank is expected to relocate its headquarters to the site.

The development is scheduled for completion in 2028. According to Priit Seeman, a board member of P&E Real Estate, the project aims to integrate the area's industrial heritage with modern workspaces, culture, and wellness services to create an active urban space.
