Telltale Games announces The Wolf Among Us Remastered release date

Telltale Games has confirmed that The Wolf Among Us Remastered will launch on October 29, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This enhanced edition includes all five episodes of the original 2013 noir detective thriller.

The remaster features significant visual upgrades, including completely rebuilt high-resolution character models, improved lighting, fine-tuned animations, and upgraded environments. A new Noir Mode allows players to toggle between standard colors and a black-and-white aesthetic at any time. Additionally, the package includes restored playable deleted scenes and behind-the-scenes content such as developer commentary, concept art, and interviews.

While the PC and current-generation console versions are scheduled for October, the Nintendo Switch version has been delayed with no confirmed release date. This remaster serves as a precursor to the studio's upcoming project, The Wolf Among Us 2, which is reportedly slated for a 2027 release.
