Telos Agras Gargalianon and Panthouriakos face each other in the first Messinian derby of the Gamma Ethniki season. The match, part of the second round of Group 7, is scheduled to take place at the Gargalianoi Municipal Stadium.

Panthouriakos, coached by Takis Sakellaropoulos, enters the match after a scoreless draw against Panargiakos. The Panthouriakos roster includes new Serbian striker Aleksa Bracetta, though midfielder Panagiotis Georgeas remains an uncertain selection due to injury.

The rivalry follows a recent friendly match on September 20, which was interrupted in the 59th minute due to tensions regarding refereeing decisions while Telos Agras held a 1-0 lead. The match will be officiated by Alexis Stathopoulos from the Achaia Football Clubs Association, assisted by Galanis and Nikolakopoulos.
