Temenos and Hamilton Reserve Bank win 2026 IDC Real Results Award

Temenos and Hamilton Reserve Bank have been awarded the 2026 IDC Real Results Award in the Omni-Engagement Transformation category. The award recognizes the impact of Temenos Digital on the bank’s operational efficiency and international expansion.

Following an upgrade to the latest version of Temenos Digital, Hamilton Reserve Bank reported significant performance metrics, including a reduction in individual account onboarding time from five days to 20 minutes. The bank also achieved 100% digital customer onboarding, a 250% improvement in staff productivity, and a 140% growth in its client base. Additionally, the institution reported a 10-fold increase in deposits and custodial assets, alongside a 620% growth in revenues and net income.
