Temitope Osoba burial postponed amid death investigation

The family of late Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba has announced the postponement of her burial ceremony until further notice. The decision follows a candlelight service and is intended to allow the family more time to finalize arrangements and reach necessary conclusions regarding the funeral.

Controversy has emerged regarding the cause of the actress's death. While initial reports suggested cancer, actress Foluke Daramola stated during a candlelight service that Osoba did not die of breast cancer, noting that medical results indicated a previously removed lump had not developed into the disease. Daramola indicated that an investigation is ongoing into the actual cause of death.

Additionally, Yomi Fabiyi issued a press release calling for the postponement, citing the need for an investigation into traces left by the deceased. The family has requested patience and continued support from the public as they resolve these matters.
