Tempi Municipal Council to hold regular session on September 28

The Municipal Council of Tempi is scheduled to hold a regular in-person session on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 19:30 in the ‘Antliostasio’ meeting hall in Makrychori.

The agenda includes several administrative and developmental items, such as the amendment of the municipality’s internal organization regarding permanent staff positions and the completion of enrollment tables for local nurseries for the 2026-2027 school year.

Other topics involve the extension of compliance deadlines for municipal baby and toddler centers, the replacement of members in the DEYAT, and various proposals for leasing municipal land for stable facilities and agricultural cultivation. Additionally, the council will discuss the extension of deadlines for damage restoration projects caused by severe weather events in late 2022 and early 2023, as well as the approval of irrigation pipe construction in Elatia and an environmental impact study for a new poultry farming facility.
