Tempi Municipality seeks urban planning solutions for Koulouras Beach

The Mayor of Tempi, Giorgos Manolis, met with the Koulouras Beach Recreational Association to discuss the Local Urban Plan (LUP) and other regional issues. The meeting focused on the need for a clear development strategy for the Koulouras area.

Mayor Manolis committed to organizing a meeting in Athens with the Deputy Minister of Environment, Marilena Soukouli, and the head of the study team, Martha Housianakou. The goal is to ensure the urban plan respects property owners while protecting the region and creating future prospects. Association President Giorgos Koutsomarkos emphasized that the LUP is critical for the community and expressed a desire for the voice of Koulouras to be heard where decisions are made.
