Temple acquires London-based longevity firm Longevous

Temple, a healthtech startup founded by Deepinder Goyal, has acquired Longevous, a London-based longevity medicine practice. The acquisition is intended to bolster the company’s clinical and scientific capabilities as it prepares for the commercial rollout of its forehead-worn wearable device.

As part of the deal, Longevous founders Dr. Robert Mohr and Dr. Avi Roy will join Temple full-time. Dr. Mohr, a board-certified physician with experience in emergency and longevity medicine, will serve as Chief Medical Officer, overseeing clinical quality and health claims. Dr. Roy, an Oxford-trained biomedical scientist, will take on the role of Head of Science.

Longevous will continue to operate in its current form as a part of Temple, with the founders maintaining personal oversight of existing clients while assuming their new leadership roles at the startup.
