Temptation Island Spain contestant requires medical aid after viewing partner's infidelity

During the eleventh edition of the Spanish reality show ‘La Isla de las Tentaciones’, contestant Gema del Rocío required medical attention after viewing explicit footage of her partner, Rubén Dece.

During the third bonfire episode aired on Telecinco, Gema witnessed video of Rubén engaging in intimate moments with a temptress named Nataly. The shock caused Gema to collapse to the ground, complaining of physical distress and stating, “I don’t feel well, I swear.”

Host Sandra Barneda and other contestants assisted Gema before medical personnel were called to the scene. The tension between the couple had been building throughout the program, as Rubén had previously shown signs of dissatisfaction with the relationship and had established a close bond with Nataly.
