Temptation Island VIP features first queer couple in new season

The seventh season of the reality TV show ‘Temptation Island VIP’ has premiered on RTL+, featuring four celebrity couples traveling to Crete to test their relationships.

A notable milestone for the franchise is the participation of Carina Nagel and Chika Ojiudo-Ambrose, marking the first queer couple in the history of the show. The influencers, who are married and reside in Cyprus, noted that while they aim to build trust, jealousy remains a challenge in their relationship.

Other participants include Gloria Schwesinger and Michael, who previously appeared in the regular version of the show, as well as Tara Tabitha and Dennis Lodi, and Larissa and Josua. The contestants are seasoned reality TV veterans, with many having appeared in various other German dating and competition formats.
