Tenable Holdings to join S&P SmallCap 600

Tenable Holdings Inc. is scheduled to join the S&P SmallCap 600 index, effective prior to the market opening on August 31, 2026. The company will enter the index as part of the Information Technology sector.

Tenable will replace Leggett & Platt Inc., which is set to be removed from the index. The change follows the acquisition of Leggett & Platt by Somnigroup International Inc., a constituent of the S&P MidCap 400. The acquisition is expected to be completed pending final closing conditions.
