Tencent Cloud and TruKKer partner for Saudi logistics digital transformation

Tencent Cloud has entered into a partnership with TruKKer, a technology-enabled logistics and transportation company, to support digital transformation in the Middle East. As part of the agreement, TruKKer will migrate its platform to Tencent Cloud’s Saudi Arabia region and implement CodeBuddy, an AI-powered coding assistant, to enhance its DevOps operations.

The collaboration occurs amid rising AI adoption in Saudi Arabia, where approximately 45.2% of internet users have adopted AI tools and 33.1% of companies utilize AI technologies. The Saudi Arabian cloud computing market is projected to grow from an estimated US$5.5 billion in 2026 to US$11.47 billion by 2031.

Additionally, Tencent is expanding its AI capabilities internationally with the rollout of its Hy3 model. Built on a hybrid Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture, Hy3 provides advanced reasoning and agent capabilities and is available through various developer platforms and open-source communities.
