Tencent Music Entertainment Group announces senior unsecured notes offering

Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME) has announced a proposed public offering of senior unsecured notes in one or more tranches. The offering is subject to market conditions and is expected to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, specifically highlighting the refinancing of offshore indebtedness and the execution of share repurchases. The notes have been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Major financial institutions are participating in the offering, including J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., and HSBC as joint bookrunners. UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, Bank of China Limited, and MUFG Securities Asia Limited are serving as joint lead managers.
