Tenda appoints Marcos Cruz as new CEO

Tenda (TEND3) has officially completed its executive leadership transition, with Marcos Cruz assuming the role of CEO. This follows a structured three-month transition period that began in May, during which Cruz and the outgoing CEO, Rodrigo Osmo, worked together to ensure operational stability and strategic continuity.

Marcos Cruz brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, including a 10-year tenure as CEO of Nitro Química, 14 years as a partner at McKinsey, and a role as the Municipal Secretary of Finance for São Paulo. The company expects Cruz to focus on sustainable growth through an industrial construction approach aimed at increasing productivity.

Rodrigo Osmo will remain as CEO of Alea, a Tenda subsidiary specializing in wood frame industrialized construction, until the first half of 2027. At that time, management of Alea will transition to Cruz, and Osmo is expected to join Tenda’s Board of Directors.
