Tenda to host Shopify and AI e-commerce event in Sendai

Tenda Co., Ltd. has announced an offline event in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, scheduled for September 10, 2026. The event, titled ‘Shopify Comes to Sendai: Thinking about EC Operations and DX in the AI Era’, will feature speakers from Shopify Japan K.K.

The session will focus on the latest Shopify updates, including Agentic Commerce and the use of Sidekick to improve e-commerce operational efficiency. Discussions will cover how AI is transforming e-commerce from a simple sales mechanism into a business foundation that supports order management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Participants will explore digital transformation (DX) strategies that move beyond proof-of-concept (PoC) to achieve actual business reform through Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
