Tenebris Somnia confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 physical release

Tenebris Somnia, a survival horror adventure game, has been confirmed to receive a physical release for the Nintendo Switch 2. New Blood Interactive is partnering with Lost in Cult to facilitate the retail launch. The physical edition will be a full cartridge rather than a game-key card.

The game features a retro 2D aesthetic reminiscent of 8-bit or 16-bit eras, focusing on puzzle-solving and combat against creatures. It also incorporates live-action cinematic sequences featuring real actors and practical effects, produced by a film crew from Argentina.

While the digital version is scheduled for release on October 16, 2026, a specific release date for the boxed physical version has not yet been announced. Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 physical edition are currently open.
