Tenerife infrastructure projects announced for road repairs and social housing

The Cabildo de Tenerife has approved a project to rehabilitate the TF-351 highway, which connects the municipalities of San Juan de la Rambla and La Guancha. The project, budgeted at approximately 3.4 million euros, aims to improve pavement and drainage to enhance road safety. Tendering for these works is expected to begin before the end of the year.

In a separate development, the Canary Islands Housing Institute (ICAVI) has opened a tender for the construction of 51 protected housing units and 51 parking spaces in Adeje. This project has a base budget of approximately 9.4 million euros. This initiative is part of a larger 29.8 million euro package intended to provide 134 protected homes across Guía de Isora, Arona, and Adeje.
