Tenerife opens new caravan service area in Buenavista del Norte

The Cabildo de Tenerife has launched a new service area for caravans at the Buenavista del Norte recycling center. This is the first facility of its kind in the Daute region, which includes the municipalities of Los Silos, Garachico, El Tanque, and Buenavista.

This infrastructure is the fifth on the island, joining existing sites in Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and La Guancha. The facilities are designed to allow caravans and motorhomes to evacuate black and grey water and replenish potable water. The initiative aims to prevent uncontrolled waste discharge and promote environmental sustainability amid the growing popularity of caravan tourism in Tenerife.
