Featured dishes include the 'ensalada bandido', octopus 'ropa vieja', and a signature 'solomillo Bandido' composed of shrimp, meat, egg, caramelized apple, and fries.

In La Orotava, Guachinche Ramón has also drawn interest from content creators for its traditional atmosphere and value. The establishment, located in a residential garage setting, offers generous portions of local products such as almogrote gomero, stuffed peppers with cod, and roasted cheese with mojo sauces at competitive prices.
