Global weather patterns show extreme temperature shifts and storm alerts

Various regions are experiencing significant meteorological shifts, characterized by extreme temperature fluctuations and localized weather alerts.

In Spain, several areas are seeing a return to summer-like heat. Ourense is expected to reach nearly 38°C due to a Saharan air ridge, while parts of Andalusia and Extremadura may see temperatures around 35-36°C. Conversely, Tenerife and the Canary Islands are facing windy conditions with potential light rain and moderate temperature drops in higher elevations.

In Argentina, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) has issued alerts for Entre Ríos and Tandil. Entre Ríos faces potential storms and rain, followed by a temperature drop, while Tandil is bracing for strong winds and a sharp decline in temperatures that could reach -3°C by Sunday.

Colombia is reporting extreme thermal contrasts; while some regions like Cesar and Antioquia are recording temperatures exceeding 40°C, high-altitude areas in Boyacá and Nariño have seen morning lows near 2°C. Meanwhile, in Japan, Okinawa remains under a heatstroke prevention alert due to high heat indices, requiring caution for outdoor activities.
