Tennessee defensive back Qua Moss questionable for Auburn game

Tennessee Volunteers starting defensive back and punt returner Qua Moss is listed as questionable for the upcoming game against Auburn. Moss sustained an injury during the fourth quarter of Tennessee’s recent 20-17 loss to Texas while attempting a tackle.

Moss has been a significant contributor for the Volunteers, recording 16 tackles and a pass defended through four games. He also provided a major special teams spark in the Texas game with a 56-yard punt return. If Moss is unable to play, Michigan transfer Tevis Metcalf is expected to take over at nickelback, while running back Daune Morris may handle punt return duties.
