Running back Asa Barnes commits to Tennessee Volunteers for 2027 class
Five‑star running back Asa Barnes of Westview High School in Martin, Tennessee, announced a verbal commitment to the University of Tennessee Volunteers football program for the 2027 recruiting class. Barnes chose Tennessee over offers from Arkansas, Florida State and USC after multiple campus visits and praised the involvement of head coach Josh Heupel and his staff.
