Tennessee man extradited to Iowa on kidnapping and sexual assault charges

Reuben Justice, a 22-year-old man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, has been arrested and extradited to Iowa following an investigation into the sexual assault of a minor.

Authorities state that Justice communicated with a child under the age of 13 online before traveling approximately 10 to 11 hours to Wapello County to meet the victim. He allegedly took the child to a residence in Jefferson County, where the assault occurred. Justice faces charges of first-degree kidnapping and grooming in Wapello County, as well as second-degree sexual abuse in Jefferson County. He is currently being held without bond in the Wapello County Jail.
