Tennessee volleyball secures consecutive sweeps over Coastal Carolina and Queens

The No. 16/17 Tennessee Lady Vols volleyball team has secured consecutive victories, including a three-set sweep against Coastal Carolina and a road sweep of Queens.

In the match against Coastal Carolina, senior Jalyn Stout led the team with 17 kills, eight digs, and three assists. Despite the 3-0 victory, head coach Eve Rackham Watt noted that the team’s performance was not their best following a difficult recent schedule.

In their road victory against Queens, Tennessee utilized a balanced offensive attack to win 25-14, 25-13, and 25-18. Freshman Morgan Williams led the offense with 10 kills, while Jalyn Stout and Maggie Dostic contributed nine kills each. Setter Caroline Kerr recorded 32 assists to facilitate the win.
