Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Opens Public Comment Period for Statewide Black Bass Management Plan

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is finalizing a statewide Black Bass Management Plan and is seeking public input. The draft plan, developed with a stakeholder advisory committee, outlines management goals, objectives and strategies to improve bass fishing experiences across Tennessee.

Comments can be submitted online via the TWRA website, where a survey and a video summary are available, or in person at five open‑house meetings scheduled for August 11 in Paris, August 18 in Birchwood, August 20 in Kodak, August 25 in Nashville and August 27 in Johnson City.
