Tennis federations vote to maintain bans on Russia and Belarus

During the General Assembly held in Almaty on October 13, delegates voted on motions regarding the admission of Russian and Belarusian national teams to international team competitions and the restoration of membership rights for their respective tennis federations.

None of the proposed resolutions received the required support. Consequently, Russia and Belarus will remain excluded from international team tennis competitions, including the Davis Cup.
