Tenorshare updates 4DDiG software for Excel file recovery

Tenorshare Co., Ltd. has released an update to its data recovery software, 4DDiG, specifically improving its ability to recover deleted Microsoft Excel files on Windows systems.

When Excel files are missing from the Recycle Bin, users can attempt recovery through several methods, including checking cloud service bins (such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox), utilizing Excel’s unsaved workbook feature, or accessing previous versions of folders via Windows File History. To maximize recovery chances, users are advised to stop all disk write operations immediately to prevent data overwriting.

If standard Windows features fail, the updated 4DDiG software allows users to scan internal and external drives, filtering results by file type, date, and size to locate lost spreadsheets.
