Tenório Jr. disappearance mystery solved after 50 years

The mystery surrounding the disappearance of Brazilian pianist Tenório Jr. has been resolved. The musician, known for his work with artists such as Vinicius de Moraes and Toquinho, disappeared in Buenos Aires in March 1976 during a musical performance.

Investigations have revealed that Tenório Jr. was killed by five gunshots and his body was buried in an unidentified mass grave on the outskirts of the Argentine capital. At the time of his disappearance, Vinicius de Moraes had sought legal assistance and contacted the Brazilian embassy, noting that the musician had no political affiliations.
