Tenya and Katsuya launch new seasonal seafood menus
Japanese restaurant chains Tenya and Katsuya have announced new seasonal seafood menus.
Tenya is launching the ‘Shrimp and 4 Types of Hokuriku Seafood Tendon’ as part of its ‘Good JAPAN’ initiative. The dish features ingredients from the Hokuriku region, including flounder from Fukui, Spanish mackerel and Gorojima Kintoki sweet potato from Ishikawa, and white leeks from Toyama. The menu includes various options such as service sets with buckwheat noodles and takeout bento boxes.
Katsuya is introducing a seafood fry series featuring large shrimp, oysters from Hiroshima, and squid. Customers can choose between a set meal or a bowl (donburi). The menu includes dine-in options, takeout bento boxes, and individual orders of Hiroshima oyster fries. These items are available for a limited time while supplies last.
