Tenzile Erdoğan Thermal Facilities open in Ayder Plateau

The Tenzile Erdoğan Thermal Facilities have officially opened in the Ayder Plateau, located in the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize. The project, which began construction in 2020, represents a total investment of 2.687 billion Turkish Liras and includes one thermal hotel, six apart hotels, and the thermal facility itself.

Designed to complement the natural landscape of the region, the facility offers thermal pools, private family baths, saunas, humidification rooms, and a Turkish bath. The facility is capable of serving up to 400 people simultaneously, with separate sections for men, women, and children. The thermal waters are noted for their potential health benefits regarding skin conditions, joint pain, and rheumatic diseases.

The opening is expected to bolster both winter and health tourism in the Rize region, providing year-round attraction for visitors and creating employment opportunities for the local service sector.
