Teorema Producciones play continues despite power outage in Ciudad Ojeda

The play ‘Amigas’, produced by Teorema Producciones, drew a large crowd to the Fundación Alas de Luz in Ciudad Ojeda, Zulia state, on Saturday, October 24. Despite the event being a sold-out success, a power outage interrupted the performance midway through the show.

Initially, some audience members mistook the darkness for a theatrical effect. However, the situation was clarified when staff began opening the venue doors. Despite the interruption, the audience remained in their seats, and the production successfully reached its conclusion.

Written by and starring journalist Lolimar Suárez under the direction of Arnaldo Pirela, ‘Amigas’ explores themes of friendship, memory, and the passage of time through the reunion of two characters, Chiquis and Fruleydi.
