Tepatitlán to host International Egg Fair 2026

The International Egg Fair 2026 is scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11 in Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco, a region recognized as a major hub for egg production. The event is a collaborative effort between the Centro Universitario de los Altos (CUAltos), the local municipal government, and the Asociación de Avicultores de Tepatitlán, AC.

Under the central theme ‘the egg dish, nutrition, and the environment surrounding food,’ the fair aims to promote egg culture and highlight its nutritional and economic importance. The program will feature a diverse range of activities, including academic and scientific conferences, sporting events, artistic performances, and gastronomic tastings.

Organizers noted that the event will include an inaugural parade at the Plaza de Armas and various contests offering cash prizes and food supplies. The fair is designed to bridge academic knowledge with recreational and cultural activities for the general public.
