Tepoztlán begins road rehabilitation to improve traffic flow

The municipal government of Tepoztlán, Morelos, has begun the comprehensive rehabilitation of the pavement at the intersection of Calle 22 de Febrero and Cerritos. The project, overseen by Mayor Perseo Quiroz Rendón, aims to repair long-term surface deterioration in an area frequently used by both local residents and tourists.

To manage the construction, authorities have deployed preventive signage and requested that motorists and public transport drivers reduce speeds and anticipate longer travel times. The city administration has advised the use of secondary routes to avoid congestion while crews work to complete the repairs.
