Tera Group begins acquisition talks for Pusula Finans Holding

Tera Group has entered negotiations to acquire Pusula Finans Holding and its subsidiaries. The potential deal includes shares in Pusula Portföy Yönetimi A. Ş., Pusula Yatırım Menkul Değerler A. Ş., and Katılım Evim Tasarruf Finansman A. Ş.

Tera Group Chairman Emre Tezmen stated that the move aligns with the group’s long-term growth strategy to create a lasting structure within the finance sector through mergers. The acquisition aims to increase the scale and diversity of the group’s operations in capital markets, portfolio management, and investment services.

No binding agreement has been signed yet. If the negotiations are successful, the transaction will require regulatory approvals from the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), and the Competition Authority.
