Tera Tower Maslak undergoes renovations amid capital markets investigation

Drone footage has revealed ongoing renovation work on the exterior of Tera Tower in Maslak, Istanbul. These visual developments coincide with a legal investigation into capital market transactions.

As part of the investigation, authorities have ordered the seizure of assets belonging to 11 suspects, including Emre Tezmen, the Chairman of the Board of Tera Yatırım Holding. This legal action has brought renewed scrutiny to real estate projects and affiliated companies linked to the Tera Group.

Peker GYO disclosed via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that its subsidiary, DIGH Maslak, signed a contract with Tera Yatırım Bankası to lease the entire building, with a recorded date of December 31, 2025. While Peker GYO lists the building as a commercial real estate asset in its portfolio, the ongoing investigation and asset seizures have raised questions regarding the future use, ownership, and operational stability of the tower.
