Tera Yatırım's 97 billion TL financial applications withdrawn by SPK
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has withdrawn three separate applications from Tera Yatırım regarding debt instrument issuance and capital increases. According to a disclosure on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the decision was made citing “current conditions and uncertainties” under the relevant provisions of the Capital Markets Law.
The withdrawn applications totaled 97 billion TL and included:
• A 19 billion TL application for the issuance of debt instruments to be sold to qualified investors without a public offering.
• A 50 billion TL rights issue via private placement, which aimed to restrict existing shareholders' rights to new shares and allocate the capital to company partner Emre Tezmen.
• A 28 billion TL capital increase from internal resources, intended to raise the company's capital from 700 million TL to 28.7 billion TL using 2025 net period profits.
