Teramo and Puglia announce major 2026 music festivals

The fourth edition of the MoonJune Festival will take place in Teramo from 22 to 25 July 2026. Organized by Leonardo Pavkovic and the Music By Eder association, the three‑day event will feature an international lineup that includes Soft Machine with Gary Husband, Gong with Steve Hillage, and Osanna with David Jackson, alongside workshops, round‑table discussions and cultural activities supported by local institutions.

From 9 to 16 August 2026, the XIV edition of the Bande a Sud festival will be held in Trepuzzi and the seafront of Casalabate in Puglia. Directed by Maestro Gioacchino Palma, the program under the theme “Tutto torna” will combine traditional marching bands with contemporary artistic collaborations, a food‑related spin‑off called “Bande a Food”, and a children’s outreach project “Bande a Sud Kids”. The festival was presented with the participation of regional president Antonio Decaro and other local officials.
